A customer brought in a 7900 C50 wheelset for service.

Trueing and centering went pretty smoothly without any major issues.
The customer mentioned the hub might not be in great condition,
but my inspection found nothing wrong with it.
Both front and rear wheels had uneven braking,
so I took it for a test ride and confirmed
severe grabbing and pulsing at low speeds.
After cleaning out the brake zones, it improved quite a bit,
but I couldn't completely eliminate the issue.

↑Front wheel, left and right sides at the same phase.
The tubular tire was mounted at an angle,
so I removed it and remounted it properly.
