A customer dropped off the rear wheel of a 9000 C24 for us.

As you can see

one spoke is missing.
Looking at the nipple that fell inside the rim,
the threaded portion of the spoke was clogged,
so it must have broken at the end face of the nipple.


We had both spokes and nipples in stock, so we got it fixed right away.
Also, the flattened direction of the spokes
was twisted all over the place, so we straightened them all out.
That's why the spoke magnet in the opening image is pointing the wrong way.
