Built a wheel with Mecanico rims (rear wheel, part one)

Another day of wheel building (and so on).

I built a wheel using a Mecanico (Italian rim manufacturer) 86mm high carbon tubular rim.
The hub is a 9000 Dura-Ace.

Built it 28H in black semi-comp 4-cross pattern.
A 4-2 pattern would also be possible, but the customer requested 4-cross, so that's what I did.
I'm planning to solder the spoke nipples later, but I ran out of the rags I use to wipe off flux, so I can't do that today.

↑The rim has good wall thickness on the inner side of the spoke holes (the side that receives the nipples), so it tensioned up without any spoke creep.

I was planning to build the front wheel too, but I calculated the spoke length without a correction factor and it came out slightly wrong, so I can't build it.
I could get away with it if I compromised, but I know how that kind of cutting corners leads to sloppy work, so I contacted the customer and decided to hold off for today.
The spokes are on order and should arrive tomorrow.
