Racing Zero

A customer brought in a Racing Zero for me to work on.

The person who brought it in isn't the wheel's owner.
It's a repair job they asked me to do.

The rear wheel had quite a bit of centering deviation.

As for the front wheel, they warned me beforehand that it might be left here in the worst case...
so I was a bit worried, but

↑One spoke was bent, apparently.

When I released it from tension, it was bent this much.
I have spare spokes in stock, so I can fix it right away.
I let them take the bent spoke home as proof and a souvenir.

There was a foreign object stuck in the rim, so I removed it.
It was a drilling chip.
It looks bigger than the valve hole, but since the outer hole is larger than the inner hole,
I was able to shake it out just by tilting the rim.

All fixed.
