A customer brought in a Racing Zero for service.

The front hub spins smoothly, but
the rear hub was grinding,
so they had a CULT cartridge installed on just the rear wheel, but there's still grinding happening.
Both bearings in the freebody (especially the inner one) were damaged, so I replaced them.
I pressed the CULT cartridge ring inside the hub again with a press tool.
Also, for reasons I can't detail here,
with the customer's permission, right in front of them,
I performed an irreversible modification to a certain part and reassembled it,
and the grinding sensation almost completely disappeared.
I obviously cleaned the parts thoroughly.

The pawl spring in the freebody was deformed, so I replaced it.
During inspection, I found the rear wheel had some centering offset and lateral runout.
