Built a PowerTap rear wheel with a ZIPP 202 rim

Another day with wheels (and so on).

Built a PowerTap rear wheel with a 202 rim.

Elite spokes with a 24-hole hub in black, 1.6mm gauge, 4-cross lacing pattern.
I'll do the truing later.

The rim's outer holes aren't large enough to accommodate nipple washers,
but since this rim has internal nipples, it's not a problem.
(Building a ZIPP rim with generic nipples and no nipple washers requires considerable care)

There was clearly something foreign inside the rim,
so when I shook it, red stuff came crumbling out.

It crushes when you press it with your finger.
This got caught in the rim's internal balloon seal and I couldn't remove it completely, so

I used a jig I made myself to scrape out the balloon seal

and removed most of the balloon material.
This process took more time than actually building the wheel.
