Ksyrium Pro Exalith SL

This is a separate matter from the previous post.

A customer brought in a Ksyrium for me to work on.
It's an authentic product purchased from a shop.

There was apparently some suspicion about the rear wheel hub being off-center, so

↑it wasn't just suspicion.
The front wheel was also slightly off-center.
The customer said they'd had the wheels inspected at their regular shop (where they purchased them),
and supposedly the work was done properly,
but if that were truly the case, they wouldn't have brought them to us...

Even for a Mavic off-the-shelf wheel, it's rare to see one with this much centering error.
They'd done a decent job correcting only the lateral runout,
so they probably put all their effort into lateral runout correction
and never applied the centering gauge after the work.

The customer said, "Well, they're actually nice people..." about their regular shop,
but I guess that shows that if your personality is good enough,
you can make a living even with this level of wheel maintenance skill.
Since I'm a terrible person, I have to rely on technical skill alone
to attract customers, so that's where I'm putting my effort.
