A customer brought in a Bora One (high-performance wheel) front wheel for me to work on.

It's got serious runout, apparently.
And yeah, that's definitely the case, but


there are some scuff marks on the rim sticker where something rubbed and peeled it off.
The rim itself doesn't seem to have any damage, but


the spoke closest to that spot was bent,
so it's probably related.
The spoke next to it also had some scuff marks,
but it wasn't bent, so I didn't replace that one.
