I Rebuilt an X-Carbon Rim Wheel (Front Wheel, Part 2)

Another day, another wheel (and so on).

About a month behind my partner's rear wheel (→here), I finally built the front wheel too.
This wheel's customer is extremely busy,
so they can only come to the shop a few times a year.
Previously they came at the end of August, and they're scheduled to visit again at the end of October.
If all the parts had been ready by late August, I would've built both wheels then,
but since the front wheel wasn't ready, I took my time building it.

PMP hub 28H, CX anti-nipple radial lacing.
Kolima rims from this period have reverse-drilled holes,
but this rim is apparently an outsourced piece from Ambrosio,
so it has standard drilling. That said, it's not much of an issue for radial lacing anyway.

I chose CX spokes because the hub has slotted eyelets.
For building this wheel, I've been processing 266mm CX spokes,
but when I ran low on stock and tried to order more,

CX-RAY arrived instead.
Since I order through the distributor's website, I must've clicked the wrong thing.
The 266mm CX-RAY is a length I use fairly often anyway, so the mistaken order didn't really hurt.
Trying not to make that mistake again, I carefully placed another order,

CX-RAY arrived again.
Oh no, oh no, oh noooo—

Wait, don't tell me there's some system glitch where
ordering "266mm CX" actually results in
ordering "266mm CX-RAY"?! I thought to myself, so I ordered again very, very carefully, but

CX finally arrived.
So yeah, the mistakes both times were on my end.

This time it was a misorder, but I also buy unusual quantities of things like
aluminum nipples (→here) and Junction B (→here),
so if any of those were misorders, it'd be a real disaster.
