Bora One 35 Tubular Bright Label Narrow Rim

A customer dropped off a Bora One for me to work on.

Sorry, I was in a rush and forgot to snap a photo of the front wheel.
The front wheel is dead center, with just a slight wobble, and the hub has no play at all.
In other words, there's basically no problem with it.
Based on how the hub spins, it might have been swapped out for a CULT hub,
or if not, it's just an incredibly lucky original that turned out great.

The rear hub had the ball bearing adjustment so loose that if left as-is, it could eventually cause dishing issues.

↑Plus, there was a slight centering drift.
Given the direction of the misalignment, it's possible it drifted over years of use.

Once I started doing spoke tension adjustments on the non-drive side with a bit more tension and did some fine tuning on the trueing,
the centering came out perfectly.

When working on a wheel that already has spot-on centering,
it's easy to introduce the same level of drift that this wheel had before the work,
so it's crucial to check centering with a gauge after you finish truing.
