Another wheel build today (details omitted).

I built a wheel using a WTB Frequency i19
tubeless-ready rim and a PowerTap disc hub.
The "i" designates an I-shaped internal reinforcement inside the rim,
and 19 refers to the internal rim width.
Campagnolo's complete wheels use the wider "C17" rim
with an internal width of 17mm, so this is slightly wider than that,
but the specified tire width range is 28-62mm.
Officially it's an MTB rim,
but since it's a 29-inch rim (=700C rim), it should work for cyclocross too.
By the way, the Frequency i series lineup is:
i19 26/27.5/29-inch
i23 26/27.5/29-inch
i25 26/27.5/29-inch
i29 27.5/29-inch
According to the manufacturer specs, the i19 29-inch rim's internal diameter is 603mm,
which gives a radius of 301.5mm, but my actual measurement came out to 300.7mm.

The PowerTap 2.4+ disc hub, 32H
I laced it semi-comp JIS (日本工業規格) pattern.
I'll do the wiring later.
This hub has an over-locknut dimension of 135mm, and

an 8-bolt rotor mount is provided to avoid interference with the PowerTap mechanism,
making it a disc brake spec hub.
The rotor isexpensive available as a proprietary item, apparently.

On the non-drive side, the spokes extend in a particular direction,
so I have to decide the drive-side lacing pattern—right-pull or left-pull—accordingly.

↑Like this—if the final cross-over doesn't interfere with the rotor mount, it works fine.

But if you reverse the direction, the spokes contact the rotor mount, and

↑even just at the minimum final cross-over distance, it's in this area,
so it won't work with a 700C rim.
With a 2-cross lacing you might be able to avoid the interference,
but PowerTap hubs in principle
prohibit radial lacing and 2-cross on the non-drive side.
(The exception is the 20H zero-cross non-drive-side 2-cross on the
Cosmic Carbon PowerTap.)
Also, this rear hub is very slightly reverse high-low flange,
and while the Dura-Ace hub is only very slightly high-low flange,
based on the feel of building it, the difference between left and right flange sizes and spoke counts
doesn't seem to have much effect—it felt barely noticeable.
