I received a set of C35 tubular wheels from a customer.

The front wheel checked out perfectly with a simple truing stand that works even with the tire mounted,
so I just corrected the lateral runout without removing the tire.
The rear wheel was clearly off-center, so I stripped the tire to inspect it.

The rim had shifted toward the freewheel side. That's good news.
The customer mentioned this wheel doesn't engage as well as the Nomu Lab Wheel No. 6—it feels draggy and won't roll smoothly.
If I correct this center offset just by tightening the non-freewheel side,
the wheel will definitely become nice and rigid again.

Fixed.
That said, a difference in spoke tension of this magnitude
won't dramatically transform a wheel's performance.
