Racing Zero Carbon

A customer left a rear wheel from a Racing Zero Carbon (carbon wheel) with me.

Today on the Miyama Road, some guy rear-ended them and

with a loud "crack," a spoke snapped.
Neither rider crashed, and the other guy just kept racing
and rode off as is.

This guy is not the "head tube angle uncle"
who's been popular in very niche circles lately. Probably.

It's fixed.
There weren't any other damaged spokes, so just replacing the one broken spoke did the trick.

About four weeks after buying the Racing Zero Carbon,
they managed to snap a spoke right away, but
there's always someone who's worse off—
someone who destroyed the Racing Zero Carbon rim after just 4 days of ownership and 40 minutes of actual use (30 minutes test ride, 10 minutes racing) (→here).
Based on the timing, that rim replacement case in the link might be
the world's first, and
this wheel might also hold the Japanese record for "Racing Zero Carbon spoke break to repair time"
since they came straight from the race venue.
Anyway, whether it's a Japanese record or not, if we're fixing it same-day,
you definitely need spokes in stock.
