A customer brought in a rear wheel from their Racing Zero Night (high-performance wheel) for repair.
The derailleur got caught up and bent some spokes.

When the derailleur gets snagged hard like that, you'd normally expect three spokes in a row to snap in succession—crack, crack, crack—but this time only one spoke actually broke.
There's some damage to the spoke on the opposite side, but since there's no deformation, we decided not to replace it.
All fixed.
