I received a Racing Zero Night from a customer.

The image above is already after the work,
but the customer wanted a "stylish thief" look and CULT conversion.

Instead of the standard red spokes on the Racing Zero,
I switched to the red spokes from the Competizione model.

I removed the USB One bearing from the hub body.
I've already done the spoke replacement and truing and centering,
but since there's a possibility the center could shift when pressing the bearing back in,
I check it again afterward. This time it stayed true though.

Here's me making sure to use the genuine Fulcrum brand CULT kit

If you look closely at the curve of the inner corner of the bearing,
you can tell the difference between CULT and USB,
but once it's pressed in you can't see it. It's basically impossible to tell them apart any other way.

Next up, the front wheel.

Like the rear wheel, I switched to Competizione spokes here too.
Or rather, I had no choice but to do so, which I'll explain in the next post.

Narrowly avoided a new shaft explosion!

But I fell into that trap.

Just not me.
