Bora One 35 Clincher Dark Label

I received a Bora One 35 from a customer.

They wanted it converted to CULT bearings.
(The top image shows the state after the work)

It wasn't quite like-new condition, but it wasn't particularly damaged either,
so this time I decided to clean and reuse the ceramic ball retainer.

I removed the cone from the front hub and cleaned it.
The end bolt was a potential stripped-shaft issue,
but I was able to loosen the left end without damaging the 14mm.

I pressed in the CULT cone and installed the cleaned retainer.

The rear hub was the same.
Since I'm working in front of the customer anyway, I didn't really need to take photos.

The grease around the freebody was in pretty rough shape from contamination and emulsification,
so the cleaning tray (in the back of the image) ended up looking pretty nasty.

I swapped the freebody from Shimano to Campagnolo, so it's brand new.
When doing this kind of work, it's often the case that we change the freebody due to the wheel owner changing
(in which case Campagnolo→Shimano is the majority),
but this time the owner stayed the same and the groupset changed instead,
so I swapped out the freebody.

The customer also has Shimano RS81 wheels in addition to these,
and they want to make them compatible with Shimano 11-speed (→here), and using spacers should work fine,
so I gave them those as well.
