404 Not Found

Same old wheel work today (and so on).

I received a 404 rear wheel from a customer.
It's a different job from yesterday's front wheel. The ZIPP logo color is different too.

The customer wants a rebuild,
Unlike the silver hub that can't be converted to Shimano 11-speed (→here),
this is a black 11-speed freebody hub,
so I'm guessing the issues are things like play or grinding.

The spokes are hooked-type on both sides,
so if I loosen the nipples by about half a turn,
I can disassemble the wheel by pulling the hub out.

Got it built.

Evo Lite hub 20H, black semi-radial 4-cross lacing with bracing.

I won't say why (playing dumb),
instead of reusing the Sapim 14mm black aluminum nipples,
I'm using DT 12mm black aluminum nipples.

Yesterday on the 404, I forgot to weigh the rim during the full nipple replacement,
but today I did weigh it.
I weighed it, but I'm not posting the numbers here.
Why should I tell you anyway. ←Man, this guy's got a real attitude
