I received a Zonda front wheel from a customer.

I've already loosened the tension to make it easier to see, but


one spoke is bent.
Spoke deformation generally falls into two categories:
mainly front-to-back direction (like something getting caught in the spinning wheel), or
mainly side-to-side direction (like getting hit from the side).
This spoke has side-to-side deformation but is severely twisted, and since the surrounding spokes are completely fine,
it looks like this one spoke took all the impact. The spoke head is still intact.


It's fixed.
