Rebuilt the rear wheel on the 808

Another day of wheel work (details omitted).

A customer left me a rear wheel from a ZIPPI 808 to work on.

20H rear hub with silver hub body that can't be converted to 11-speed.
It was built with CX-RAY straight-pull spokes in a single-cross lacing.
The goal is to convert it to 11-speed compatible,
but even setting that aside, it wasn't a particularly good build.

I disassembled the wheel.
The rim has some fairly noticeable radial run-out.
I have a 303 front wheel from the same era in my personal collection,
but it didn't have run-out quite this pronounced.
With such a tall rim, it might be necessary to accommodate spoke angle variation.
Even if the hole punches were perfectly centered with no run-out,
you can still build a functional wheel anyway.

Built it up.

20H Evolite hub in semi-championship lacing.
I'll do the spoke nipple lacing later.
