A customer brought in a rear wheel from their Racing Zero Carbon bike.

Their foot had contacted the rear wheel, causing a wobble.


One spoke was bent.
You wouldn't normally release a clipless pedal by twisting your heel inward, but
it probably happened during a hard effort or when they instinctively swerved to avoid something,
and their heel ended up hitting the spoke by accident.
The location of the bend matches that scenario exactly.


Fixed it.
