A customer handed me the front wheel from a Bora One 35 (high-end racing wheel).

When I applied a 5mm Allen key to the axle nuts on both sides,
the right end came off first, so the hub couldn't be disassembled.
When they consulted with a nearby shop,
they were told,
"I applied threadlocker to the right end,
so let's pray the left one comes off next time"—but

the right side came off again next time.
There are also marks from a 14mm thin wrench (probably a hub spanner) being applied.
Nothing was actually solved.
I can't help but think, what would happen if they asked for something like greasing?

A 14mm wrench that fit just right, and

the left end came off with a 5mm Allen key.
Going forward, I'll make sure that even if I apply 5mm Allen keys to both sides, the left end loosens first, and also that the left end won't loosen on its own.
