Continental Race 28 tubes have arrived!
For 700×20–25C, with a 42mm valve—
truly just your "ordinary tube."
As you can tell from the somewhat large box,
the claimed weight is 100g—nothing particularly light, and it's not a new model.
Separately, there's also the Race 28 Lite (claimed weight 64g).
This tube was originally priced at ¥1,200 before tax,
but compared to the Race 28 Lite at ¥1,800 before tax, it felt overpriced.
In fact, the distributors said it wasn't moving at all,
so we've decided to significantly reduce the price.
The new price is unclear (← I'll add it once it's confirmed),
but it should be around ¥700–800.
October 11 Update: With 10% consumption tax, it's now set at ¥700 including tax
If we buy a large quantity of these tubes before the tax increase,
we can attack with special pricingwe can sell them at a great value price.
This time we ordered 200 units.
For a training tube, I think it's quite a bargain.
