A customer left a Racing Zero with me for repairs.

Let me start with the front wheel.

One spoke is pretty badly bent.
It's amazing the hub and rim came through without damage (at least none that's visible).
Apparently the customer was passing by while a delivery truck was unloading packages. They tried to give it a wide berth, but the cargo fell over and they couldn't avoid it in time. Since it was an accident, they called the police to document it.

It's fixed.

↑ The spoke I replaced
This single spoke took all the impact, and none of the other spokes show any deformation.
I didn't take photos of the rear wheel, but it had no centering issues and no runout.
Actually, I had just inspected this wheel not long ago.
