A customer brought in the front wheel with a Prime hub for service.

I said "Prime hub front wheel," but this wheelset
was originally a complete Prime wheelset.
The rim joint was offset left and right, so I reused the hub
and rebuilt it myself back then.

Since the hub is a straight-spoke type, I can't change the lacing pattern,
but during the last rim replacement, I switched from
the all-black CX-RAY to a black half-Campagnolo lacing with spokes.
Even though it's not the drive wheel, the customer could clearly feel
the reduction in deflection at a tactile level.

The rim came off a wheelset that was on a Specialized complete bike,
but

it buckled and failed.
We had also considered rebuilding with a DT RR411db rim,
but the rim's inner diameter exceeds the range where we could reuse the spokes.
Our shop still has the same rim in stock, and with that option,
it's just a matter of transferring the rim, so the cost would be lower.

So this time, we just transferred the rim.

All built up and ready.
