A customer dropped off a wheel built with a DT RR411db rim.

Today I'm working on the rear wheel.

It was built without using Squorx nipples, so

the usual spoke breakage has occurred. I'm rebuilding it at no charge.
I sincerely apologize.
The original nipple color was "dark blue."
Currently, when I order DT blue aluminum nipples,
they arrive in a lighter shade than before.
This lighter blue is a different color from "turquoise"
(turquoise is even lighter).
The red aluminum nipples used to be darker too, but
since the red and blue became slightly lighter, the specifications haven't changed for several years now.
Squorx nipples only come in silver and black,
and while the spokes are silver, the customer requested black nipples.

All built up.

There was a mysterious sticker on the hub,
but it kept lifting due to the curved shape of the hub body,

and sand had gotten into the adhesive on the lifted edge, so

I cleaned it up and reapplied a new sticker in the front-to-back direction.
By the way, this is completely my fault,
but when I received this wheel, the customer's letter included
an order for the next wheel.
How grateful I am.
The front wheel hasn't "yet" had nipple breakage,
but it will also need rebuilding. However, I'm short on time today,
and for the very personal reason that today's wheel won't fit the frame (details omitted),
I'm building a different wheel instead.
I'm absolutely a mess. I'm very sorry.
