Built a Front Wheel with AL22W Rim

I received the rear wheel from a customer's Nomu Lab Wheel No. 5 (custom wheel set).

The rim got crushed because of a tire lever being used with too much leverage force
when mounting the tire.
I'm not sure if it's the exact same type of tire lever, but
it's something like this (→this).

↑This is how it looks
Since we need to replace the rim,
we're rebuilding it with an AL22W rim with nearly the same inner diameter.
On the plus side, we're upgrading to a wide rim and tubeless-ready setup,
though I did explain to the customer that the rim weight will increase by about 50g.

Transferring the rim components...

All built. Both before and after the rebuild had green nipples,
but I'm using brand new ones instead of reusing them. Actually, I had to do it that way.
I deliberately didn't make the rear rim an offset rim.

Now for some more wheel building (and so on...).

I built my partner's front wheel.
