Disassembled Reynolds 46 knockoff rear wheel and rebuilt the rear wheel

Another wheel day (etc.).

A customer left me with an object connecting
a DT 240S hub and
a Reynolds Forty-Six rim
with Pillar spokes.

Both sides with Pillar square aero spokes,
24H four-cross Italian lacing.
The customer apparently built it themselves.
I told them it would be fine as-is, but...

There's some centering issues, but the worst part
is that the lateral runout hasn't been dialed out.

I could have cut the spokes after releasing tension somewhat,
but I carefully disassembled it properly.
Strong threadlocker was holding things in place, so it took some work.

In the image above, as usual I left the last four spokes
next to the valve hole completely untouched to check the spoke length.

The non-freewheel side spokes were too long.
