Replaced the rear wheel rim on a Racing Zero

Another day working on wheels (and so on).

A customer brought in a Racing Zero rear wheel for work.

The rim had buckled and was deformed, so we decided to replace it.

This is a WO rim, but with a 2WAY-FIT rim, this hole is plugged

Even viewed from the inner side of the rim, you can see the hole goes all the way through. Since even 2WAY-FIT rims have holes drilled and then plugged, it seems like drilling is unavoidable as part of the manufacturing process.
