I modified the tubular tire stretcher (Stretcher Y) so it can be used on both sides.
I originally planned to make it double-sided, but I had trouble finding the right rims for this modification, so it took a while. And as they say, necessity is the mother of invention—I ended up building this quickly because I needed to stretch two tires at once.
