Another day of wheelbuilding (and so on).

I built a front wheel using a tubular rim from the SES (Smart Envy System) 4.5.
The rim's standalone model name is A48.
Yesterday's SES 3.4 rim is from a slightly different era,
so its standalone model name is 42AC—
the numbers and letters are in reverse order.

The customer said to just use black spokes.Heh heh.
We'd get better sales if I used CX-RAY instead of CX Sprint,
but no, that won't suppress this impulse...!
I swear I'm not steering customers toward CX-RAY in this case.
Stop acting like an artist—this is where you just build it normally with CX Sprint.
Don't force your own satisfaction on others!
Chris King R45 hub, 20H
Black CX Sprint spokes, radial lacing on the non-driveside.

Yesterday's Smart Envy rim had stickers saying "Handmade in USA"
on both sides of the valve hole,
but this one has a serial number on one side instead.
