Built the rear wheel for SES4.5

Today it's wheels again (and so on).

I built up the rear wheel using a tubular rim for the Smart Env System 4.5.
The model name for the rim as a standalone component is A56.


Chris King R45 hub, 24-spoke, black, semi-competizione 46-pattern lacing.
I'll do the nipple twist-in later.
