Built a front wheel with CX22 rim and RS770 hub

Another day with wheels (and so on).

I built a front wheel with a CX22 wide tubular rim and
RS770 disc hub.

The hub is on consignment from a customer—
it's been long out of stock at both the manufacturer and distributor.
The rim is from our shop's inventory, but the distributor is also out of stock,
and we'd been holding onto this one for this particular wheel build.
Right now, this is our last one.
Separately from this job, we need one more for a rim replacement (not a new wheel build)
due to a bent rim, but we don't have one for that either.

I built the rear wheel on September 10th, but that was because the spokes are half-comp,
and I was planning to wait longer before building the front wheel.
I was waiting for CX Sprint spokes to come in so I could use semi-CX Sprint,
but when I checked with the distributor, they said CX-RAY has some incoming stock visibility,
but CX Sprint is uncertain. It doesn't look like it'll arrive before cyclocross season opens,
and the customer left a comment on the rear wheel post saying
"I'll pick it up next week,"

so I went ahead and built it entirely with CX-RAY spokes.
HB-RS770, 28H, laced in reverse Italian (Jap-in) pattern.
I'll do the spoke wrapping later.
What really takes time from here on
is mounting the tubular tire with rim cement.
