Built Nomunlab Wheel #1 with Customer-Supplied Hubs

Today it's wheels again (and so on).

Built Nomunlab Wheel #1 using customer-supplied hubs.
The rear hub is a Novatech 482, but with slightly different specifications (more on that later).

The front hub is a mysterious wide-flange hub.

I say "mysterious," but please don't comment saying "Oh, that hub is the XX model from YY brand." I'm just playing dumb.

Per the customer's request, I built it 2-cross radial (all spokes on the drive side).
Based on how the hub fit in the customer's front fork,
I judged that there shouldn't be any clearance issues.
When calculating lateral stiffness, I use "flange width" to mean
the distance between the points where spokes exit the left and right hub flanges.
With 2-cross radial it's outer-to-outer, and with semi-radial it's inner-to-inner,
but I think a full 2-cross radial setup is more effective if lateral stiffness is the priority.

32-spoke lacing, semi-competition grade.
Anyway, this hub is a 482 "SL," so

the freewheel side has material relief slightly inboard from the spoke holes,

and the non-drive side has quite a bit of material relief inboard.
While there's no counter-sinking to seat the spoke heads nicely,
the openings are sized so spokes fit through normally, which makes me
think all sorts of questionable things. Oh dear, I'm drooling...

There was a time I prepared spokes in what I thought was the right number, only to realize later
that I'd threaded one through the material relief hole instead.
Definitely something to watch out for.
