Built Nomlab Wheel #1 with a Customer's Bring-In Hub

Another day of wheel-building (and so on).

I built Nomlab Wheel #1 using a hub the customer brought in.
The rear hub is a Novatech 482, but with slightly different specs (more on that below).

The front hub is a mysterious wide-flange hub.

I say "mysterious," but please don't bother commenting with "oh, that's the ○○ model ××." I'm just being coy.

At the customer's request, I laced it inpoke radial.
Based on how the hub fit in the customer's front fork,
I judged that clearance issues would probably not occur.
In my calculations for wheel lateral stiffness, I define "flange width" as
"the distance between the points where spokes exit from the left and right hub flanges."
With inpoke, that's outer-to-outer; with outpoke, it's inner-to-inner.
I believe that all-inpoke lacing would be the more effective approach if lateral stiffness is the priority.

Anyway, this hub is the 482 "SL" version, so

on the freewheel side there's a relief pocket slightly inboard of the spoke holes,

and on the non-freewheel side there's quite a bit of material relief inboard.
While there's no actual countersink for spoke head seating,
the holes are sized to let spokes pass through normally, so
someone like me finds myself entertaining dubious ideas upon seeing this. Oh no, drool...

There was a time I came up one spoke short even though I'd counted them out carefully,
only to find I'd threaded one through the relief pocket instead.
Be careful about that.
