Right now our shop is completely swamped with wheel building work,
so we're basically unable to take in bike builds or overhauls.
Unlike wheels, frames and bikes are often cases where the customer
only owns that one machine, so the "lead time = time without a bike to ride" stretches out for a long time.
We can only accept work from folks who are okay with that kind of wait.

Today I finished building and handed over a Seipo TT bike,
but this one is a reassembly of a frame we broke down for repainting a while back,
so it's a job we've had sitting here for ages.
The customer said it was okay to feature it here, so here it is.
Hey, are you watching?

The way the rear triangle is filled in looks pretty cool, doesn't it?
I've got several bikes on the bench right now, but most of them are tied to wheel building,
so I can't build those frames until it's their turn for wheels.
The Seipo above is wearing nomunlab wheels (2.5 front, 3 rear) that I built the other day,
but that doesn't mean I prioritized the nomunlab wheels.
The customer had another wheel set to use, so that was the plan,
but the wheels got finished while the frame was being repainted.
Worked out timing-wise.
That other wheel set is a Mavic R-SYS.
I don't think the R-SYS itself is a bad wheel, honestly,
but to be straight about it, it's a bit of a mismatch for this bike.
The frame already absorbs road vibration so well,
but the front wheel is practically pounding it out of existence.
so we're basically unable to take in bike builds or overhauls.
