Another wheel day (and so on).

The other day, when building front and rear wheels for the HED Belgium,
16 spokes were removed from the 20H front wheel and 12 from the 24H rear wheel
out of a total of 32 spokes—so 28 spokes total were stripped.
Now that I'm rebuilding this rear wheel as a front wheel,
the remaining 4 spokes can't be reused, so I decided to discard them.
I could reuse them if I were building the front wheel as a 4-cross pattern,
but there's no good reason to downgrade to 4-cross when I want to build it as
a 6-cross pattern.

Done building it.
