Another wheel build today (and so on).

Built a rear wheel using an AL22W rim (for rim brakes).

I define the Nomu Lab Wheel No. 8 as specifically the AL22W rim
for disc brake use only.
If I were to call rim brake rims like this one
"Nomu Lab Wheel No. 8 (rim brake version)"
then going forward I'd have to always pair it with
"Nomu Lab Wheel No. 8 (disc brake version)"
when referring to the disc brake version—it's just awkward.
So I've decided to reserve the name
Nomu Lab Wheel No. 8 only for the disc brake rim case.
With my wheels, whether they're designated as Nomu Lab Wheels or not,
the unwritten warranty and other coverage remains the same,
so there's no real disadvantage to wheels that don't fall under
the official Nomu Lab Wheel definition.


660 hub, 24H, semi-comp 4-cross lacing.
I'll do the nippling later.


The rear wheel I built today is paired with
the front wheel I built yesterday—thru-axle, disc brake rim version.
According to the customer, it's for a frameset like that.
