Wheels again today (and so on).
I built the front wheel for Nomu Lab Wheel #1.
Black hub, 20H, CX outpoke radial laced.
This black hub has flange holes machined as slot holes for flat spokes,
so I can use Sapim CX spokes.
The black hub is the same spec as the later Tni Evo hub, also known as
the Novatech 291 hub—the kind that has lightening holes inside the flange holes.
The axle ends are black instead of silver,
and the hub shell is unmarked with no logos—anonymous spec.
But about 2 out of every 100
had the axle-to-end relationship wrong: instead of the threaded type
found on the 291 hub (Tni Evo hub), they were the press-fit type
like the 291SL hub (Tni Evo Lite hub).
I set those aside, but since the 660 hub doesn't have slot holes anyway,
I figured this was a good opportunity to use one.
