Rebuilding the front wheel on the CL50 that I had already rebuilt

Another wheel day (and so on).

Continuing from yesterday.
I'm rebuilding the rear wheel of the CL50 that I had rebuilt with CX-RAY spokes.

I'm swapping out the black CX-RAY on the non-drive side
for a black CX Sprint,
and replacing the original brass nipples in their current state
with DT's black aluminum nipples.

Rebuilt.

I'll true it later.

When I was disassembling the original wheel,
I noticed something off.
The spokes on the drive side were shorter than the original Roval specs,
clearly shorter, but I reused them anyway.
Also, like when I did the front wheel,
the radial truing wasn't tight enough,
and especially the rear wheel was in a state where you'd question whether it would pass the manufacturer's inspection.

↑The middle one is DT aluminum,
and both ends are Roval brass.
The one on the right has the hex flats so worn that you can't turn it from the outer edge.

Campagnolo Bora nipples and the like have
their outer ends extending beyond the contact point with the rim,
and the threaded portion of the spoke is also longer than generic parts.
But these Roval nipples
aren't much longer than generic ones,
and the matching original spokes' thread length
is the same as generic DT spokes,
so the situation of "the spokes are a bit short but the nipple's outer length is shorter so it works out perfectly" doesn't occur.
Besides, the original setup this time wasn't even the stock Aero Comp spokes—
they were modified CX-RAY spokes.
