Front wheel spokes are CX-RAY

Per the customer's request, inpoke radial lacing.


Rear wheel is semi-competition, 24-hole Italian with outpoke lacing on the freewheel side—the usual spec.

By the way, I use a Hozan aluminum soldering iron stand (with built-in tip cleaner),

but when you wipe the tip on a damp sponge,
the sponge ends up with flux (hydrochloric acid) on it.

When I took the sponge out, it was pretty corroded.
The black spots have actually been eaten away into small holes.


Flipping it over, there were actual holes all the way through.
No wonder the water was leaking out.
