Re-laced the rear wheel of an ENVE SES 7.8

Another day of wheel work (and so on).

A customer brought in a rear wheel from an ENVE SES 7.8
that we had previously laced at our shop.

660 hub, 24H, black semi CX sprint
laced 4/6 Italian style with spoke nipple tying.
They wanted it re-laced with a disc brake hub.

Done.

Chris King R45D hub, 24H
semi CX sprint, 4/6 JIS lacing.
I'll do the spoke nipple tying later.
The original wheel had black spokes,
but they're fine with silver spokes on this one.

This R45D hub is the new model after a minor revision.
With the older model, you had to remove the bearing adjustment nut first,
then secure the centerlock disc rotor
with an external lockring,
and then reinstall the bearing adjustment nut—
quite a hassle.
The new model still only works with external lockrings,
but the bearing adjustment nut parts are now smaller,
so you don't need to remove them anymore.
However, the fixing bolt for the bearing adjustment nut
is now a torx socket, which makes that part more annoying.

↑By the way, the old model looked like this.
