A customer brought in a ROVAL (high-end carbon wheel brand) Rapide 40 CLX for service.
The rear wheel photo came out blurry.

The front wheel looked so perfectly straight that I thought it must have been inspected,
but there was noticeable runout on the rear wheel—the kind that someone with this level of finishing precision would never miss.
So it seems it wasn't inspected.
I don't usually ask customers about a wheel's history unless it's relevant to the repair,
but I had to ask this time.
That made sense.
I can't write down why I asked or why it made sense.
