F6R

A customer dropped off an FF Yamaguchi F6R for me to work on.

The front wheel had a slight centering issue,
but I was able to correct it while truing the wheel.

The rear wheel's temporary center looks spot on, but the customer wants me to swap out the Shimano 10-speed freewheel body for an 11-speed one.
When converting a DT freewheel body to 11-speed,
you also need to replace the right end cap (the press-fit style),
but since this right end cap is longer than the 10-speed version,
only the right side of the wheel gets longer,
which means the rim shifts significantly to the left (away from the freewheel side)
relative to the new over-locknut centerline.
It did shift quite a bit, but normally you can't correct that
by just tightening up the freewheel side alone.
You need to loosen the non-freewheel side somewhat as well.
However, this time—whether from the start or from years of use—
the spoke tension was pretty slack, so I was able to get the wheel centered
just by tightening the freewheel side.
Apart from fine truing, I didn't touch the non-freewheel side nipples at all.

I applied dedicated grease to the freewheel body's star ratchet.
