Another wheel day (and so on).

PowerTap GS hub 24H half-radial 46-spoke equivalent lacing...
Oh wait, that one was a non-count entry for "another wheel day" (and so on).
So now for real, another wheel day (and so on).

I took in a rear wheel from a customer that was built up
with a 36mm high carbon tubular rim.

It's laced 2:1 with a DT 350 hub 32H and 24H rim.
The freewheel side has decent tension, but could probably go a bit tighter.
Also, the rim is slightly off-center toward the freewheel side,
so there's room to tighten up the non-freewheel side.
So first I'll tighten the freewheel side to increase the center offset,
then correct centering by tightening the non-freewheel side,
which means I'll be tensioning all the nipples and the overall stiffness improves somewhat.

Per the customer's request, I laced it half-competition 46-spoke with spoke weaving.
For compatibility with the front wheel specs, I'm using
silver spokes and black nipples just like before the rebuild.

I switched to an Evolite hub for the rebuild.
The original DT hub had flanges that were a bit narrow,
so that's another reason I can't really recommend it.
By the way, the customer's reason for wanting a rebuild wasn't because they fell for
"Nomu Lab's wheel philosophy," but because they actually used it and thought,
"You know, this thing just isn't cutting it."
