Rebuilt the rear wheel of a Strike SLG

Another day of wheel work (and so on).

A customer left a Reynolds Strike Tubeless Ready rear wheel with me.

Reynolds hub 20H, all-black aero comp straight spokes, 4.0mm gauge build.
The customer said "compared to Racing Zero" as the benchmark,
so I understand it's being held to a high standard,
but it was clearly too loose, so they asked me to do something about it.
Actually, I had only done a re-tensioning before,
but ultimately it came down to needing a complete rebuild.

By the way, I borrowed a wheel from a friend—a brand whose name I shouldn't mention—
and when the customer tried it,
they said they were "surprised to realize that even this Reynolds was actually a pretty decent wheel."

I stripped it down.
The absolute weight isn't particularly light,
but the height-to-weight ratio isn't bad at all.
Apart from tubular rims, for the same rim height,
you don't often find a rim that's lighter than this.

Built it up.

Evolite hub 20H, black half-comp spokes, 4.4mm gauge build with cross-lacing.
I was torn between half-championship and half-comp,
but I went with half-comp to reduce stress on the rim holes.
If it had internal nipples, I probably would have gone with half-championship instead.
