Rebuilt the rear wheel on an F6R

Another day with wheels (and so on).

A customer brought me the rear wheel from an FF Yamaguchi F6R to work on.
When doing hard efforts or standing climbs, it was rubbing on the frame,
so depending on the situation they've been opening the rear brake quick-release to use it.

The hub is a DT 240 in what looks like DT 350 color, 24 holes,
laced with all aero spokes in a 4-cross pattern.
Even with spokes of equal diameter on both sides,
if they'd been aero-comp spokes, it might have been a bit better.

By my standards, DT hubs like this one are where narrow-flange hubs start.
So visually, the left-right spoke tension difference
is less than it would be with this lacing pattern.
When I received it, the wheel was perfectly centered,
and the drive-side could use a bit more tension, but not by much.

I'm rebuilding it, but these black nipples are brass,
so after relacing I'll switch them to aluminum ones.

The wrinkles in the hub shell sticker
were from having a Garmin sensor mounted on it, apparently.

I warmed up the tape adhesive with a heat gun and carefully peeled it off,
then re-applied it as smoothly as possible to eliminate the wrinkles.

The star ratchet had Dura-Ace grease in it, so

I cleaned it out and applied the original grease.
This star ratchet is an optional part with finer teeth than the standard version.

It's built.
