I Replaced the Front Wheel Rim on a Shamal Mille

Another wheel day (and so on).

I received a front wheel from a customer's Shamal Mille (シャマルミレ - Campagnolo road wheelset).

The bead hook was deformed from buckling, and

I tried to straighten the rim with nothing to lose, after getting the customer's approval,
but it didn't work out, so
I ended up replacing the rim.

There were a few spokes and nipples on the verge of seizing, but
I was able to loosen them all without twisting or breaking the spokes.

Those small holes on the outer edge of the rim—for tubeless (2WAY-FIT) rims,
they drill the holes and then fill them with hardener, so
I think it's necessary for manufacturing purposes.

Wheel is built.

At the customer's request, I used one red spoke.
A stylish touch.

The black spoke I removed to make room for the red one has no deformation, so
it can be used as a spare spoke.
I selected it carefully so that the wheel would have the best-condition spokes,

so I removed this one that had minor scratches.
