Glico's Extra Survive Seems to Be Trending

Glico supplements, or rather,
among all the supplements I know of,

↑the Extra Amino Acid in the middle of this image
is the supplement where I can most distinctly feel the effects.
Since the case is gold-colored, it's commonly called "gold guri,"
but Glico's recent versions have a red inverted triangle on the packaging,
so it's not as gold as it used to be.
Gold guri is so effective that even if you forget to take it after
a high-intensity training session and forget that you forgot,
you'll know the next morning when you wake up with that sluggish feeling in your body:
"Oh, I forgot to take my gold guri yesterday."

If you search for "gold guri," Extra Amino Acid comes up,
but if you search for "black guri," the
Extra Burner on the left side of the image above doesn't appear
(that's what I call it).
I take this one occasionally too.
If you're certain you'll be doing low-intensity, long-duration training, you should take it.

Now, regarding the Extra Survive on the right side of the image above,
I do take it somewhat casually,
but I haven't quite figured out when best to use it.
However, the other day I witnessed firsthand how trendy this product has become.

This is in a glass cup, but lately I've been seeing women
putting Extra Survive and milk tea in a clear plastic takeout cup
and carrying it around as if showing it off.
By the way, Glico recommends 5 granules per day as a guideline,
so the amount of Extra Survive in the images above and what you see people carrying around town is somewhat on the high side.
