Rebuilt SES 2.2 TL to SES 4.5 TU (Part 1)

Another day, another wheel (and so on).

Got a wheel from a customer built up with an SES (Smart Envy System) 2.2
tubeless-ready rim.
Starting with the front wheel.
They want it rebuilt on an SES 4.5 tubular rim, but the reason they're not having me build a separate 4.5 rim wheel
instead of breaking down the 2.2 rim wheel is

because they want to reuse the Envy carbon hub.

There's a mystery sticker on there, but that's because
I previously rebuilt the rear wheel of this one
from full CX-RAY to half-Champ lacing.

I only did an inspection on the front wheel, but the spokes were clearly too long.
When I broke it down, I found the spoke threads had no threadlock applied to them.

Got it built.

Same as the original wheel—black CX-RAY outpoke radial lacing—but
the length is completely different, so these are fresh spokes.
