Except when I'm out of materials, I'm building wheels in the order they were ordered.
This might reveal a bit about where I am, but I've received both a Power Tap hub assembly and a wheel rebuild, each from the same prefecture in Kyushu.
They're from the same prefecture but separate orders, so I doubt the customers know each other, but in both the box with the Power Tap hub and the box with the rebuild wheel

there were sweets included.
