I received a Shamal Mille (wheel set) from a customer.

They requested inspection and the "fashionable theft" treatment.

Brand new.

Dead centered, basically no runout.
What's remarkable is that this isn't immediately after assembly—
despite having been shipped from Romania throughpresumably sometimes rough-and-tumble transport conditions
where the rim gets "worked in" from outside the box,
there's no runout at all.

The nipples use nylon nuts,
so there's no extra crispy thread-locking compound applied to the spokes.
That's a relief.

Based on the specifications timeline, black nipples only come with nylon nut configuration.

Completed the fashionable theft and inspection.
I barely had to touch anything except the red spoke nipples.

Next, the front wheel.

Perfect. Nothing else to say about it.

Completed the fashionable theft and inspection.
I removed the flange covers for photography purposes,
and reinstalled them afterward just to be safe.
